Re: Lounge suite damages
The lounge suite was R17999.00 and with hp - R38000 .00 fully paid up.
I complain about the cushions moving forward and the one arm rest had small cracks.
I launched my complains in May 2012 which they took a month to collect the goods and a month to bring it back which I had nothing in the house but they did not worry.
The goods came back and the cracks was repaired but the cushions was not attended to as per complained.
