Can't use card... account blocked?

So last week the card worked and this week it's blocked.
I see there are many others posting here having a similar issue.
Coincidence? I think not!

It's either some department or the system that has up and now the clients are inconvenienced.
I've tried holding on the Call Centre line but gave up after a while.

Any assistance would be appreciated from someone that can actually resolve this issue as soon as possible.
