Long Queues

I have for a number of years frequented the Woolworths Food on Problem Mkhize (Cowey) Road and have noticed the checkout queue getting longer, even during off peak periods. I have learned to avoid busy periods but today (a Sunday) I decided to frequent the store to make some grocery purchases at 17h15 and the queues were stretching all the way around the store (into the fruit aisle and rotisserie). This was never the case previously as either more till points were opened or the speed at which they worked was quicker. Woolworths used to have a 5 minute queue rule but that this long disappeared. Why not give back to the South Africa, the country where you have so many loyal customers by creating employment by employing more check out staff and speeding up the process. Please stop putting profit margins before customer convenience.
