Not sure where on when to report on, because 90% of the time we visit this Clicks, we have a bad experience. Yesterday morning, when I got to the till with my trolley, she told me they are offline and only take cash. Needless to say, I left everything there... and bought most at the Spar next door! My husband went there yesterday evening and was in a queue longer than long, waited for around 45 mins and only one till to help all the people. When they asked about it, they were told "that we are technically closed! ". This is not the first time this has happened. This morning I went with a more than R100 club voucher... when I got to the till they told me, the voucher has been used! Hallo, if you know how a voucher work, I can not have it with me, if it was used already!!! Anycase, so after 5 mins after the manager was called and she eventually pitched at the till, she could do nothing!!! I felt so bad for the poor guy behind me that had to wait through all of this and heard all of the issues!!!
Just once again want to say, this clicks .. need to go for customer service training!
