Terrible MAC consultant attitude

On the 19/04/2013 My Birthday I went into Sandton City Edgars Mac counter as I do every Birthday since I was 21years old. I approached a group of MAC consultants standing chatting and was rudely told to wait while she resumed her chat with her colleauges. naturaly this offended me enough to take my business accross to a competitor, I have since repported this to Estee Lauder: Kyalami MAC Sales team with no response back after 3weeks I m beyond annoyed> safe to say after 13years of being a MAC customer I am not impressed at!!!
