Poor Customer Service and Billing errors

In have had my edgars account for almost 3 years and I must say for the past 6 months I have been so very disappointed with the service I am getting from this store. I just got 2 sms in succession on the 7th of this month first one saying my credit has been reduced with immediate effect de to 'POOR PAYMENT PATTERNS!!! ' Seriously??? if your customers pay on the 7th for the first time do you send them such mesages or reminders as this is not a 'pattern'? As if that was not enough I call the call centre who dont seem to have a clue and transfer me 5 times back and forth from collections to customer services like that until I requested to speak to a manager, which I was told they are all in meetings. I was advised by one of the agents that they are taking into account my prior payment history which I thought was fixed by now, with regards to a insuracne settlement that I filed in October last year and only settled in january due to Edgars losing my documents and having to resend three times during that period, so I wasnt paying the account until it was settled. SO i am very disappointed in edgars becuase not onty are they ruining my credit but they are losing my loyalty.
