I submitted a complaint on the 27t o April 2013. I received feedback to say how sorry edgars was and i will be contacted to address my concerns, and we are heading for a month later, and still not contact. I am not surprised as this is becomming the industry norm... This is why i closed my account and I will not re-open my account...
