Product actively advertised but only 2 sizes in st

I've been told by a friend about the very comfortable Pyjama Jeans that Homemark is selling. I've enquired with all 6 stores in the Cape Town area - Canal Walk, Tyger Valley, N1 City, Kenilworth, CapeGate & Somerset Mall. All informed that the product is in process of being discontinued and there are only sizes S & XS available. I've also tried to order online and the website takes you through the whole process, just to tell you in the end that there are only 2 sizes instead of the original 4 sizes available. I phoned the customer care line to enquire about national availability - no answer! Phone the call centre and spoke to a very arrogant lady, Nosepo, who's attitude was that she isn't in charge of advertising and cannot help that they still actively advertise a product of which they do not have all 4 sizes available. When i asked to speak to a supervisor/manager, nobody was available. When i said that i want to speak to SOMEONE or else i will load it on HelloPeter.com she said that everybody is entitled to their opinion. She did however take my name and number and asked which size i wanted - why will it be relevant if there are no more stock available?!!!
