Dear Head of Security

I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced at your store. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely humiliating service, dated 11/05/2013, around 16h00, at the exit in front of everyone, a lady & gentle asked me to come with them, however they didn'teven say what was it about, I followed them to their backrooms, where i was told that there are doing a Random search and i was asked to sign a document in the bathroom to permit them to search my bag, as it is a Random search for customers, and for them to be monitored on the job, my question to them was, if the search was authorised, why i was the only customer there? both of them could not answer me, i signed.
I asked them to call the person who authorises that, as i felt terribly offended and insulted by that.
To my understanding if that was SOP (standard operating process) it should have been documented and publicised for every customer to see, I am a regular customer in Macro Woodmead, I have never heard of a random search.
