Help I cannot get ahold of credit department

I recently lost my job and i am unable to pay my debt, I am going under PROCESS OF SEQUESTRATION an I have sent the required doncuments through to the accounts department but I am not getting any response. Can someone please assist me in the matter as I would like this sorted out. I currently have no method of contact ACCEPT FOR EMAIL. I need to contact the CREDIT department but they do not respond.
