Cannot Replace Gift with over R20 000.00 Spent

I have purchased AMC items to the value of R20000.00 and received a gift due to this. However the gift was left in my cupboard for a couple of months, upon usage of the gift i discovered that the gift was rusting and contacted the agent to notify her of my discovery and gave her the items. I am now told that it was exposed to some chemical etc and that they cannot help me indirectly telling me sorry for your loss. I am furious as i spent a whack load of cash on these pots and AMC cannot replace a simple gift. What service are you then rendering to these paying customers who invested so much in you!
