Oats so easy... NOT that easy

To WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I would like to express my dismay at your variety pack offering of Oats so Easy.

I bought a box from PnP in Stellenbosch yesterday, and this morning found two of the packets in the box to have been pierced somehow, causing a VERY messy start to my day...

My concern is, were these packets not inspected before being packaged into the box?

I also now only received 8 as oppsed to 10 packets - rather frustrating!

Please address you quality assurance processes!
