Everyone must go to the que

I got there to buy snacks and i waited for about 30 min and while we are waiting the cashier allows people she know to go infront of the que. When i got to the till she did the very same thing of serving a guy who just got there without even asking or telling me, she then told me she is doing me a favour by serving me. the manager was just beside me and said no word. These till operators and their managers need thorough service delivery training from scratch. What an attitude i got from this girl.
