Cupcake mix missing contents

This is the second time this has happened to me. I bought a box of the snowflake cupcake mix, first time the Barbie cupcakes and the second the hello kitty ones. Both say on the box that they come with cupcake mix, icing mix and sprinkles (the hello kitty ones also come with edible stickers, which were there) but there were no sprinkles. It's inconvenient because the whole reason I bought these mixes were because they come with everything, including decor. I paid R30 for this and I expect to get what I paid for, but I didn't. First time was annoying but ok, these things happen. But 2 times shows a lack of professionalism on Snowflakes part.
