Delayed action causes customer headache

Tracker had to fit unit in my car but because of continued delayments and slow response on their side led to me been billed at the end of the month. What type of SERVICE is this and do they honestly expect us to be happy with it. They claim that they should get back to you before 24 hrs but this obviously does not happen.
