SLAMING MY CAR BOOT

Good day

I have been abused by the members of the Protea coin group, from the guard division.(PRETORIA)

I work from the CSIR campus, under the department of science and Technology, so the Protea Coin Group is responsible for all security related facilities, unfortunately today around lunch time, i decided to go to out for lunch. then at the Gate, my car had to be searched by one guard official and he did but after that! he slammed my car boot...
when i asked him why was he slamming my car boot, he said i should get out of the car and do it myself. unfortunately, the guards are very rude and unprofessional not to mention attitudinal, they treat clients according to their preference. this is based on the fact that, i have witnessed them for quite a number of times, they do not search white clients, yet they search black clients happily so.
I don't mind to abide by the rules, i don't mind being searched from time to time, I just cant take it if im abused and disrespected or discriminated against. it is not fair.
