No Service!!!

Reported a faulty alarm system on 16 November 2013, Technician collected instrument for testing on 18 November, Marianda confirmed stock for the replace of the entire system that was damaged. Phoned their offices to enquire the next day and were told she will contact me asap. I am still waiting..all the time my premises is exposed, while I am paying for a service that does not exist. Firstly I were not informed of any problem with my system before 16/11/2013, it should have picked up a disruption to the power supply. This illustrate a bad or faulty product. This is extremely bad service and you don't deserve to be in security monitoring business.
