ADT NO service

I am extremely unhappy with the lack of service received from ADT. I am a customer for nearly 3 yrs and have only requested assistance from ADT on 3 occassions and 2 out of the 3 times I have not been happy.

The first time I called and requested the home escort service, it was booked and confirmed for 21:00 as I drove up to my home I notice no ADT vehicle and then at 21:05 received a call saying they could no longer assist.

On Monday while I am at work, family members drove past my house and notice police etc I called ADT to request they go around and check that all was OK at my place. This was at 11:30am and I am still awaiting a call back 3 days later. FYI ADT criminals were hiding on my property and left their guns on my lawn.

I am paying for a service each month that I am not receiving any benefit from. ADT is not holding their end of the contract I pay a fee every month seems like I'm the only one holding my end of the deal.

You should refund me my premiums as I clearly have been paying for nothing.
