Debit orders do not do it

So we all know ADT over charges us on the so called radio license fees, yet to top that they deduct money over and above the agree amount on the contract and then say oops sorry. I have a service for R 220 per month that Goes of by debit order, so on the 27 of September they take their R220. Just for me to wake up again on the 28 th of September to see another R 199.50 has been taken from my account. Upon calling the sales persons about 15 times she told me it might be a mistake. (Very quick when you want a new alarm system not so when you have a problem) s I told her I would also like to cancel this service as I find them to be a corrupt bunch.

She asked me to send it in writhing and she will cancel it yet nothing about refunding me my R199.50 that i was over charged.

I see on my statement it states INV0000012407-PE R199.50? And I am supposed to know what the that means?
