Refuse to refund me R8000

Anisa gave me a wrong impression that LT solutions will help me with debt removal. She did not explain to me that she would take my hard earned R10 000 for administration.
Soon after learning that debtors are calling and no action I asked refund. They gave me R2000 and I need R8000.
Pls help me.
