My Dunhill cigarettes is wrinkled

Hi I'm a smoker for 20 years now and I'm smoking Dunhill for a few years now I recently bought a pack of 20 Dunhill evogue from the shop the packet was solid on the outside but some of my cigarettes was wrinkled in the box this is the second time I experienced it looks like the quality is not up to standard anymore can u please give me feedback on this.
