Criminal, Takes money for deposit for doors and windows to pay factory 50% deposit and never delivers

House renovation, took the 50% deposit to pay factory for Aluminum doors and windows, never gave money to any factory and kept our money. R170 000.00 is what he has stolen from us. He keeps telling you the factory is runnning late and making promises for next week, but finally we realized he is a criminal and had to get debts collectors to threaten him. He has paid some money but we get the same promises and maybe R2000 pm. This is how he operates, calls you crying on the phone to say how sorry he is, but don't be fooled. Our house stood still for 3 months while we had to find the extra money to start over and now we have only been able to complete half the house. Heardhe recently did this to another friend. Unfortunately nobody has been able to stop him.
