On 11/04/13I paid in full for kids table seating of 12, jumping castle and suppy & fit of drapes. Goods were to be collected on 13/04 @09h00 & returned on 14/04@09h00. On the day at about 8:30 I asked if there was someone at her house to load and she said no. I asked if it was manageable for us to load and she said no, so I asked what then, she told me to collect my money and she was leaving for a funeral at 09h00. I then arranged another party planner and when I was done with the party and free from the hastle I arranged to collect my money, she told me I can only get 50%. I then told her she dropped me and gave me no alternative. Ive been to her house 4 times and she refuses to come out of the house. Her kids and her helper have called her to the gate and he refuses to come out to speak to me or my husband. She is now insulting and threatening me with the police and told me she will call the police if I come to her house again. She sends messages via e-mail and sms and has deleted me from BBM. She is unprofessional and I have copies of her sms and e-mails, although she destroyed all evidance of our conversations on BBM. Her contact: 0731247325/0333876714.
