Miss Leading vouchers

My complaint is with regards to three major companies, Nu-metro, Shell SA and Coca Cola.these companies ran a promo from 5 November 2012 with a free movie Voucher. i tried to use my movie vouchers at Pavilion on 13 April 2013, and told that my vouchers were invalid. the reason is because my son separated the vouchers at the perforated part, and i only took the part of the paper that states "VOUCHER" to claim the FREE TICKETS. no where on the paper that i received when i purchased from Shell does it state the the paper must not be separated in order to redeem the free ticket. think about it, when you buy a ticket from the nu-metro sales counter, u are issued with a slip that is separated into a big portion and a small portion by a perforated line. when you go the the usher to enter, you only hand him the small portion of the paper, the big portion is for your personal reference.so to the guys that designed and worded the voucher and the person who approved it, you guys really need to be more specific OH and do you guys know the meaning of O/E on an advertisement. thanks for ruining a family outing... cheers guys...
