Incorrect Account Balance for Annual Subscribe

Further to my report on 7 March on this forum you advised that the billing issue had been resolved - I am an annual subscriber and had been paid up until end April 2013 yet was cut off in March. You confirmed that the error was on your side and confirmed that my account was indeed paid up until end April.

I have subsequently received a statement that shows I am in arrears on my account to the value of R2, 713.
Please resolve this issue for once and for all and send me an updated statement reflecting the correct zero balance.
