After having NUMEROUS issues with my account payment, I switched to a debit order. The following month almost double the monthly fee was debited from my account. After complaining I received an e-mail response, where they apologized for the wrong amount being subtracted, and said that my account would not be debited for the following month (April). Just to get the sms this month that the debit order indeed went through.
