I received one week free accomodation at Royal swazi spar between 11 and 15th of March
Arrived and everything was perfect no problems. Then went to bed that night to wake up to
a Cleaning lady standing infront of the bed expecting me to get up so that she can clean
i then left it thought to myself that it would be ok well it was not. Next morning the same happened
but mind that i was walking down the coridor of the hotel room to notice used plates full of ant and cockerroaches and nobody had even gone to clean it even if you walk up the stairs to the room
thier is all types of insects thats discusting but it get worse. On the 13th of March i went down for breakfast
and just sat down when a huge cockeroach ran after me with my plate in my hand the staff started laughing and got somebody to clean the cockeroach up i will never ever in my life go back and to my disapointment sun international allows this i would like this matter to be address and all my money reinbursed for the week as this is a offence of note
