Disappointment after disappointment

First Linkin Park and now Cirque du Soleil

Linkin Park - the sound was so poor that we sat having a regular conversation throughout the concert without even having to raise our voices. When I complained directly to Big Concerts I got fobbed off with a "will take it under advisement for future .. " reply.
Now I have booked for special family occasion for Cirque du Soleil in JHB, and they have changed the seating arrangements. I had booked early and gotten great seats and now the only option available is to agree to pitch on the day and be given whatever seats they deem to allocate to us. The area in which the seats are positioned is facing onto the side of another stand and we have no idea exactly where in that area we may land up.
I think it is disgusting that they charge an absolute fortune for these events and do not even pretend to give a hoot about the quality of the service being delivered. I doubt that the entertainers themselves have a clue about what's not going on behind the scenes. i'm sure they would be equally horrified.
