I have on several occasions reported excessive video to audio syncing on certain channels, mostly the history channel and some movie channels when viewing movies at various times.
this was quite noticeable even at the customer service centre in randburg.i cannot understand with todays technology that this cannot be resolved.its extremely annoying watching a show when the the audio is out of sync to lip movement!!! i have had the decoder replaced several times, THE PROBLEM IS THE FEED FROM YOUR COMMAND CENTRE, NOT THE DECODER!!! it is so bad at times i might as well be watching a poorly dubbed foreign movie, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS!!
this is unacceptable for the premium we are charge for your services.
