I am writing this under Multichoice as DSTV does not employ anybody with a single brain cell between all their employees so I want to see if staff at multichoice are more intelligent. in jan 2013 my dstv premium mag was suddenly stopped. i have called every month since then, wasted a whole afternoon at their offices, given them an "updated" address although I have been living in th same place for 4 years, provided my initials, id no and everything else they ask for, about 150 times, listened to all their promises and yet... no magazine.

Does anybody know how i can go back to receiving a paper mag, not a downloaded site, which always has the wrong info anyway... jan being a case in point, it was only around 15th jan that jan info was uploaded on the site. is it possible that dstv management look at the they are employing, and maybe just put 3 or 4 intelligent people into their corporation who can actually help clients .;. or is that too difficult for them?
