Worst Call Centre in the World

I was subscribed to various options on Top TV.
When they changed over to Starsat most of my options stopped working.
I've wasted hundred of rands being placed on hold by some automated system when I called the service centre. And after numerous calls without speaking to anyone to have the channles reinstated.. I finally gave up. This is the worst call centre I've ever dealt with. U waste hundreds of rands being placed on hold. Does anyone actually work at this company. When u sms the supposed number for a call back.. All u get is an sms back stating u will be contacted within 24hours. This never happens. I've been putting up with this for over a month now and I've had enough!!!
Maybe its time to put companies like this in the media to expose them to the public and prevent consumers from being robbed of there hard earned money. Starsat you'll should seriously close down!!
