Top tv who our money

I paid for a full bouquet with top TV but woke up to a blank screen all my favourite channels and not even a replacement and no apology, no explanation. I'm hoping to have my money refunded or I will get a good legal team to sort them out. How dare they to us like that and take our money like that knowing they cant service us properly
