Deducting money off an account

We bought a 75 rand game off of the sony plastation store a few months ago and today they deducted 800 from the acount and we did not autherize the transaction! As far as we are informed they are not allowed to do this! I'm highly unhappy with this because how are they allowed to do deduct money without any autherization!
