The DSTV entertainment channels are brilliant - but GD help you if... or WHEN... you need help... sooner or later! It feels like I am sucked into a labyrinth of exasperation & defeat...& carefully listening to a cheesy voice to press the right number over & over & over again... So far I am still in this percolating pot of CONSUMER HELPLESSNESS. (NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME)- so far this gauntlet has cost me a whole morning - on phone trying to talk to someone as if we were shouting to each other from two distant cliff edges... what? please repeat that... what?..then cut off... then again... start entire process again... excuse me... whats your name in case we get cut off? sorry what? (think its a bad bandwidth line they use??)..I ask please will you phone me back if we get cut off so that I don't have to do this again... what? sorry we cant phone you back! THE ENTIRE MORNING... going backwards & forwards reading codes from the DSTV! A NIGHTMARE. A DISGRACE & AN INSULT - AND I REFLECT I AM A PAYING CONSUMER for this! And still not working!!! If you can find entertainment elsewhere then try. a horrible helplessness! I totally DREAD ever needing help from them, - happened before
