Don't ask me to enter my ID number or Account Number in the telephonic system, just to ask for it again.
Don't make me have to deal with a separate department to cancel decoder insurance.
DO offer the ability for me to choose what channels I want.
DO send your staff on training to understand that the Discovery channel is NOT actually available on any other package other than the premium.
