On the 17 November I was booked to play at Stellenbosch for a 12:16 tee-off time. 20 Minutes before that I called the Club's Proshop to find out about the playing conditions. They explained that as a result of the flooding the Greenkeeper's decision was to close the course until Monday. I then contacted PlayMoreGolf to get them to refund me (free round). They refused as they claim that the Course was open for play. This is a LIE. I demand a free round to be allocated to my account...
