WOW!! Valerie, you are a champion!!

I had a problem with booking tickets online to an event, which led me to making two bookings and my tickets were then placed in different rows. We have a large party, and all wanted to sit together. After one simple email, Valerie came to the rescue.. she called me, and sorted the entire problem out, getting me front row seats, as well as my entire party sitting together!!
