My account was suspended and immediately after i paid, i spoke to tsholofelo who promised to have my account active before i reached home. I was very disappointed when i got home and the service was still inactive. Spoke to Tsakane Mashamba and it took seconds to have my service back. Having worked in the customer service environment i was awed by the speed and courtesy that Tsakane showed in resolving my issue.
