Walka is a waste of money

The reception on the dstv walka is absolutely terrible we cannot watch for a minute without losing the picture and it freezing we have tried every area of the house including near the windows I have asked dstv and they say in our area there is full coverage and nothing they can do we keep doing channel scans which helps for a few minutes its so frustrating
