Pro Studio Music
When will they pay their supplier?

Recreation & Entertainment

I sold Pro Studio Music 10 music books; 5 of one type @ R80 apiece and 5 of another type at R90 apiece. Five of the books include a CD. The total owed came to R850. I wanted COD but the director negotiated 30 days to pay from me.

This was on 24th of the 7th, 2013; 103 days back. I left a hand-written invoice, with "30 Days" and the signature of the manager noted on it. I also sent two further invoices in the following months and called in person once or twice and by phone last month, but am now tired of waiting for my money. It's the first time I've dealt with this shop and will certainly be the last time; they are also holding 2 copies of another book on consignment which I want returned, accompanying the full payment on the copies that were "bought". If the two consignment copies are not in good condition any longer, instead of being returned they must be paid for too; their cost is @R120 a piece, bringing the total to R1090.

Returning the 10 "bought" books is not an option; they were bought, only the payment is still owing.
