SABC!!!

I'll get straight to the point.
The SABC, it and it is run by a bunch of. They advertise programs on tv in huisgenoot and beeld, ect. And when the program must start its suddenly something else that's sowing-usually something stupid that no one even watches-and this happens all the time! They never show what they advertise. And if this goes on I WILL refuse to pay TV licence!!! Why do I have to pay for a service I don't get???!!!
And the is no one doing anything about it?
Are they that stupid that they don't even notice these things?
