What a pleasure

I'm a regular at SK Fourways and I very often buy my tickets via the self service terminals. As a result, my only real staff interaction comes from the confectionery counter. There's a lady there by the name of Amanda. She is such a wonderfully pleasant and friendly lady, it just makes for such a great movie going experience. She will always ask if I want anything else over and above my order before cashing up, she smiles constantly and she makes genuine conversation like asking what movie I'm going to watch or asking me, after meeting my wife in December, why my wife does not join me for movies, etc. She even offers to tear my ticket stub to avoid any delays that may result in me missing the movie. She is such a pleasure to deal with and, as long as she's there, I'll continue with SK Fourways as my home cinema. Please thank Amanda for being such a breath of fresh air in a world filled with dull service.
