Locked at Cinema

Hi

On Monday, 30th Sep, my partner and i went to catch a 20:30 movie which came out on the day, The Conjuring @ Festival Mall.

Melusi whom was the ticket attendant, never bothered to ask us where we wanted to sit, nor ask if we had Ster-Kenikor membership cards.

Nonetheless, when the movie was over, walking out ot the movie section we realised that we have been locked in the cinema. The office and the snacks counters were empty.

How on earth these people managed to lock us in?? There was another show coming up after our one.

One of the the mall mangers managed to get us out through the cine exit which was sucessful, then after he took our licence #, ID # and contacts, no-one knows why because until this day, no one had phoned.

I demand an apology for this horific experience, which might have been worse, but luckily there were cleaners who managed to phone.

That was the worst experiene ever!!

Very upset customer.
