I requested that I receive the printed version of the magazine. Delivery was erratic earlier in the year but despite at least 5 phone calls to the call centre, I have not received it for the past 4 months. I have been assured each time that the problem has been sorted out but it hasn't!! What else is one expected to do?!!!
