On the 20th of September I sent a mail to Sun International enquiring about a lost MVG card. I received a email back from Noluthando Nikiwe stating that it can be replaced I just need to go to the nearest Sun International and pick it up along with my ID doc. I also was informed that the points on there were lost that's the joy of spending/gambling at any casino's do take note of this MVG holders. On Monday 23rd September I went on to the MVG website to update my details. This is when I received the shock of my life. I tried to log in and found out that the ID Number I should use was not mine 8205185009085. Which implies that it was either changed on the Sun International database by someone as they did have me as a MVG holder. The points lost as well is another fishy story of theres. So MVG holders remember of all the money you spending at Sun International casinos and what could happen to you just like me. MVG (Most Valued Guest) if this is how valued guests are treated I wonder how normal guests are treated
