TREATED LIKE CRIMINALS BY SUNCOAST SECURITY

I visited Suncoast Casino on the 7th Sep 2013. We were approaching the exits and noticed there was a person laying on a stretcher and a team of medics attending to the patient, at no time did we walk close to the patient or ask anyone including your guards what was going on as we were proceeding towards the exits we just looked and kept on walking. We were then approached by one of your guards who spoke to us very arrogant and told us to MOVE then he started speaking to us in an African language we didn't respond as we did not understand what was he saying. He then went on to say that he will speak to us in any language and how he wants to speak to us. I think this was very arrogant of him as we were not in anyones way we were merely heading for the exits. We then went over to your Information desk to lay a formal complaint as this security personnel never had any name tag to refer to. We were assisted by Craig who was very helpful & efficient he tried to contact the Security manager Ramoo who made excuses not to attend to us. I think Suncoast should rather train their staff on customer service interaction skills as there definitely is a lack of that amongst your staff.
