Rubbish product- Explora

I purchased the new Explora. And 6 hours later, R300 in telephone cost it is not working as this is a rubbish product. I now at the cost of R500 have to get a service agent out to my house to help me install as DSTV centre is incapable to help me connect.
The promises made are misleading and untruthfull
