Every single time I try book a ticket online or through the app on my phone or basically anywhere really, I'm faced with extreme ineptitude. I have highlighted the issue numerous amounts of times, to the point that I actually just think you have a bunch of clowns making paper planes and throwing them at one another instead of doing their jobs. What kind of "Customer Service" am I dealing with here? You would think the R70, which is basically extortion at that cost, would be put towards making the whole experience better for the end consumer. It's disgraceful. Now this is by no means a new issue, as I have complained for months, check your so-called records. Every time you try book a ticket online it gets to the point you enter your card numbers, click enter then poof all gone with the now lame excuse #Code whatever... we have encountered an unrecoverable error and can't process your request at this time. Then when you go back to try book again, the seats you selected are booked and you have to wait 15-20min before they become available again. Tedious. Then I leave my contact details to be called so I can make the booking and still no call back two hours later! This keeps happening.
