10 calls over 1query, and still not sorted

I must have made 10 calls to multichoice in past year about the same issue. My drifter got a while ago. A call centre agent advised me that it was active under my account. Since it was clear that who ever it had my full details. I was told to change all my passwords and login details and even activate a pin for when I call in.

I have had to deactivate it every single time i call in.
My biggest concern is how this person is able to activate the drifter, under my account when I've changed my online login details and have a pin when i call the call centre. Dies this mean that i would have been paying for someone else's usage if the service wasnt free!!! I want this sorted out!
It takes atleast 30min to get through to your call centre and at the end of the day, you don't even get the assistance
