Are you serious with this add??

While eating supper on the evening of 10/07/2013, SABC 2 showed an add showing an old man going for a cataract operation.. Are you serious with this add? It's really graphic!! They briefly show how the cataract is being removed from the old man's eye. Come on man, even my child's appetite disappeared after that add. Please warn us in the future if there is any graphic material in an add!!
